Core Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to end projects processes from brief clarification to project closures and evaluations
• Perform all daily project management tasks, e.g. set up project timelines, resource allocations, calculations, lead the project team meetings, communicate the projects results etc.
• Closely collaborate with all Model Production departments at various global sites, business partners and global projects stakeholders
• Be an active team member and support cross site collaboration spirit
• Act as the informal team leader within the projects teams and showcase the value-based role model works approach

• Promote the continuous improvement mindset and seek for the simplicities
• Seek for the partners/markets-based insights and feedback, to further improve the way of working and products offered   
• Analyze the project performance data, report the figures, updates and suggest the directions
• Provide the feedback to the project team members to address the issues and highlight the success stories
• Present the achievements to the broader audiences

This role is a maternity cover (2 years-contract) based in our Kladno site and there is no relocation support for this position.

Model Production Solutions team is the bridge between concept idea and realization when it comes to brick based, building happenings and permanent instore solutions.

Model Production is LEGO unique marketing enabler which brings LEGO creations to life. We focus on delivering best-in-class physical executions with digital enhancement, insight driven & fit for purpose solutions across the LEGO group both developing Global Campaigns, edge-cutting strategic projects and also covering all world-wide regional requests. This area covers full chain from translating customer challenges in to clear creative briefs and bridges between Model Production and LEGO Agency, PMD, our Brand stores, 3rd part retailers and Merlin, takes qualified assessments of overall internal competencies with potential involvement of other parameters into individual solutions, which are designed, developed, produced and eventually implemented all around the world.

Do you have what it takes?

• Proven project management skills and experience
• Proficiency in English and Czech language
• Experience in leading informal projects teams
• Technical or product development project management experience as great advantage
• MS Office knowledge on the advanced user level
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the functional role
• Solid time and tasks management skills
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Ability to listen to and provide feedback to colleagues and project team members
• Open mind to the new opportunities and changes
• Ability to foster positive relationships both within the projects teams and with business partners
