Help us to deliver an amazing digital shopping experience in the Czech and Slovak Republic, based in our Prague’s office. We’re looking for a digital native - a data-driven innovator to help us connect with shoppers in the online environment and bring LEGO® play experiences to more children – an amazing job opportunity you simply do not want to miss!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build strong customer relationships, deliver joint business plans, and lead detailed account business planning for each individual country, where customer is present in alignment with the strategic direction of the CZSK business unit.
  • Ensure that the CZSK e-commerce channel opportunities are well reflected in the go-to-market plans and customer business plans
  • Achieve selling-in and consumer sales targets, deliver demand planning and forecasting KPIs, manage account P&L, and conduct daily/weekly sales performance reviews to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Allocate trade investments effectively, ensuring high ROI, and execute eCommerce-specific promotions and campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to maximize sales performance, brand visibility, and overall alignment.
  • As a functional expert: lead and develop 1-2 team members supporting you with eCommerce marketing, media, and merchandising execution.
  • Analyze sales performance, monitor key KPIs and identify new growth opportunities and acquisition channels.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement best practices and align strategies.

Do you have what it takes?

  • You have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in e-commerce marketing and/or e-commerce sales roles within premium consumer brands.
  • Experience in a commercial, retailer-facing role, specifically with B2B eCommerce Key Account Management is a great asset.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, building compelling arguments to foster alignment and buy-in from diverse stakeholders, from junior staff to senior leadership. Proficiency in doing this in English is a necessary requirement.
  • Strong networking skills and interpersonal & stakeholder management skills
  • Full understanding of the conversion funnel, the digital retail landscape, and the dynamics of e-Commerce and Omni-channel, as well as thorough knowledge of new shopper acquisition channels.
  • Deep understanding of retailer needs and the CZ/SK/(HU) market landscape and direct experience working as part of a premium consumer brand and collaborating with retailers such as Alza, Allegro, or Mall is an asset to the role.
  • Excellent analytical skills, a passion for data metrics and the ability to turn analysis into the creation, execution of actionable e-commerce programs and digital campaigns
  • Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English
