What You'll Do
- Design & Deliver: Build scalable, high-performance front-end and back-end systems for fast and seamless web experiences.
- Solve Complex Problems: Break down intricate challenges into actionable solutions, iterating quickly to address broad goals
- Embrace AI: Identify opportunities to embed AI into processes, optimizing efficiency and user experience
- Collaborate & Lead: Partner cross-functionally with design, product, and business teams. Lead and mentor engineers to foster growth and shared success
- Craft Excellence: Promote and practice clean code, robust testing, thorough documentation, and performance optimization
- Drive Innovation: Balance technical debt with long-term product and business goals. Your ideas today could shape our best-selling products tomorrow.

- Any modern, typed language: Python (3.10+), Golang, TypeScript, Rust - MySQL/MariaDB, OpenSearch (or ElasticSearch), Redshift

- Jenkins - Focus on thought through but simple and maintainable solutions addressing actual problems.
- Designing systems with ease of repeatable testing and local-first development.
