Position Overview
As the R&D Director for Cooling Drink Equipment (CDE), you will lead innovation by identifying and developing new technologies to enhance the performance and operational effectiveness of our CDE portfolio, providing a competitive business advantage in the marketplace.
You will provide technical and project management facilitation, advising on global, divisional, and regional CDE technology, marketing, and environmental initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
In this role, you will drive continuous improvement and sustainability efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both company specifications and international safety standards
As part of the career plan, you will supports gradually low-medium complex initiatives related with packaging (with the mentoring of the packaging expert team), enhancing your knowledge about the company in other field.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
- Technical project management leadership: project schedule management, risk management, able to elaborate technical results to support business needs.
- Regular stakeholders' communication (specifically with commercial leadership and procurement team, suppliers)
- Support development of technical equipment roadmap and long-term capability development.
- Extract data and draw conclusions from laboratory information management systems.
- Manage supply chain relationships though CEPG and Bottlers independently.
- Draft equipment validation & laboratory protocols
- Supply chain management with minimal supervision
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical or related field.
- Advance degree may require less work experience, if in same discipline or field.
- Project management.
Related Work Experience:
- +7 years relevant work experience in roles such technical project management, sustaining engineering or new product introduction.
- REQUIRED experience on Cooling equipment or refrigeration systems.
