Job Description Summary:

Leads team that is responsible for the implementation of overall Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Strategies across the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) franchises. The role leads Franchise RGM, with strong link between bottlers and NAOU Pack-Price Strategy, Retail Execution, Multiyear RGM Strategy and Trade Promo Optimization teams to implement the strategies, by sharing the regional insights to the central RGM teams and influencing the bottlers on the execution of new packages and pricing strategies.   

This role also leads the National RGM strategy development for US e-commerce and Food Service /On Premise Business. Leading cross functional work to uncover growth opportunities in these key channels. Partnering with OBBPC Retail teams to ensure seamless consumer experience across channels.  

The job involves: 

  • Develops recommendations for National pricing / promotional strategies as well as packaging opportunities. 

  • Drives system alignment for pricing, promotional and packaging strategies.  

  • Advances RGM capabilities (Trade Promotion Optimization) and best practices with franchise team and Bottler.  

  • Partners with Franchise Lead and bottler to link RGM strategies to support the execution of marketing/NAOU big bets (promotional sequencing, bundling, etc) . 

  • Supports the Franchise Leads on annual revenue planning process with bottler RGM teams for respective ownerships, including alignment on sources of growth, retail strategies and targets. 

  • Support FSOP customer teams develop retail and pricing strategies during contract renewals. 

  • Bring forward best practices and drive thought leadership to the bottling system. 

  • Effective collaboration with both internal/external stakeholders to help lead opportunities to close gaps.  

  • Annual planning leadership on the macro initiatives/plan components. Stewardship of bottler plan submissions, ensuring adherence to timelines and overarching plan guidance. 

 

Education Requirements:    

University/Bachelor’s degree required/minimum , MBA a plus  

Related Work Experience:    

  • 8-10+ years’ experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry . 

  • 5+ years as a proven effective team and/or project leader . 

  • Managerial experience and leading a team preferred. 

  • Business experience across multiple disciplines / functions . 

  • Experienced in Annual Business Planning and strategic thinking including applying forecasting techniques and skills to develop and evaluate business goals and strategies, analyzing information to derive insights and implications to initiate planning/re-planning, and controlling actual results vs. budget.  

  • Planning experience; strategic thinking (forward-looking vision and anticipating of future needs) . 

  • Analytics experience and ability to draw insights and actions from performance metrics . 

  • Influencing Franchise Bottlers decisions . 

  • In depth knowledge of P&L and retail business .

Pay Range:

$189,500 - $220,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
