What You’ll Do for Us

  • Manage the day-to-day operations with dispensing, vending, and cooler equipment with suppliers, hands-on testing of product, equipment, and packages, authorization of commercial equipment.                                               

  • Technical Project Management: Leads technical aspects in the evaluation, troubleshooting and implementation of new equipment, product, and package solutions, and other cross-functional partners. Projects include the ability to manage broad scopes & multiple equipment testing.

  • Laboratory testing: Testing of equipment, product, and package platforms against Coca-Cola requirements at Coca-Cola laboratories or testing oversight at authorized laboratory partners. 

  • Interpretation of testing results: Data analysis of test reports, draw technical conclusions, and interpret the implication of business impact.

  • Innovation & productivity opportunity identification: Identify the gaps and improvement areas from testing. 

  • Leverages prior education, suppliers, and literature to innovate within scope of briefs provided by other technical experts or supervisor. 

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical or related field.

  • 2+ years relevant work experience in roles such technical project management, sustaining engineering or new equipment introduction. 

  • Must-Have Skills:

    • Experimental design capabilities

    • Statistical analysis

    • Project management & time management

    • Ability to execute experimental designs with strong record keeping

    • Ability to communicate results to cross-functional stakeholders

    • Ability to interface with technology and digital systems such as (LIMs)

    • Strong knowledge in thermodynamics, structural, material science specifications

    • Process Improvement

    • Strategic Compliance

    • Technical Communication 

  • Nice-to-Have Skills:

    • Knowledge of digital connectivity/interface

    • Digital knowledge and software design

Pay Range:

$86,200 - $107,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
