The Coca-Cola Company is advancing the digital transformation of our end-to-end SAP S4 and related supply chain processes and systems. This role primarily focuses on our Concentrate CPS (Commercial Product Supply) and NAOU (North America) businesses but also encompasses our other organizational units and business partners, including vendors and bottling customers.

For this Director role, we are seeking for an experienced SAP S4 HANA EWM architect to lead activities in our new transformation projects. This role is responsible for thought leadership, design thinking, delivery, and deployment activities within multi-year initiatives as well as continuous solution improvement to ensure the company’s supply chain solutions and systems the best in class.

The position will be based in Atlanta.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our global business team and Stakeholders to comprehend and enhance the ERP (SAP S/4) logistics to drive business value. This includes SAP EWM, SAP TM/ Oracle OTM, Quality Management, Production Execution and Sales and Distribution, as well as related interfaced systems.


This role will be instrumental in driving and designing our EWM functionalities while collaborating closely with our project consulting partners on process and solution design, testing, training, and implementation. The role will work in tandem with other project transformation functional teams, like End-to-End Planning.

Upcoming projects will encompass complete implementations of new warehouses, warehouse expansions including 3PL, and the introduction of automated ASRS, LGVs, AGVs, and similar technologies from the lighthouse plants across the entire system. Additionally, several integrations with other SAP solutions will be executed to enhance existing capabilities.

It is essential that the candidate demonstrates strong leadership and technical skills in warehousing and logistic technologies and solutions within the supply chain for the consumer products industry. These technologies include SAP S4 EWM, ITS, MFS, automated integration with ASRS, AGV or any integrated system, but also by extension PE, QM, TM, SD, P2P. We are seeking a leader with strong hands-on experience in SAP implementations, solution design, configuration, and deployments.

Also, proficiency in managing the master data required to support the logistics solution and to integrate with other Supply Chain domains.

This role will have responsibilities and require expertise in project management, change management, resource utilization, and system deployments.

What You’ll Do for Us: 

  • Act as the product owner by formulating global designs and deployment plans that incorporate local and regional needs while maintaining global standardization.
  • As a functional and technical expert, convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Design, build, and test future solutions, coordinating with developers to ensure solution quality and adherence to requirements.
  • Acting as a liaison between the application development & support and the business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems, translating business requirements into application requirements. 
  • Conducting cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects/products in the logistic space as input to the organization’s IT roadmap. 
  • Building sustainable relationships with the CPS, NAOU and other Operating Units to build a warehouse digital transformation strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's objectives and business requirements.
  • Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
  • Driving Agile adoption and leading Agile teams to deliver incremental value to the business. 
  • Evaluating new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommending appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Identify potential threats for the product delivery and help to remove them. 
  • Oversee project management duties: Lead project initiatives from the business requirement gathering to solution implementation, adhering to budget, quality, and timeline constraints. Manage daily project logistics, including project phases, documentation, timelines, resource allocation, and status reports.
  • Stay informed of market innovations, benchmarking, and new SAP functionality deliveries.

Functional Skills and Knowledge:

  • Business Partner Knowledge: Knowledge of business partners (such as customer, bottler, service agent, supplier) in their context: industry trends and competitive pressures, strategies and plans, organizational structure, decision-making process, contacts, technology infrastructure and systems specifically ASRS, SAP EWM, AMR, WCS.
  • Program Management: Ability to provide oversight and management to synthesize/bring synergy to multiple initiatives by establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently, adjusting priorities, establishing management routines to effectively track progress and identify issues; removing barriers and leveraging resources.
  • Value Proposition: Knowledge of procedures used to demonstrate the benefits (e.g., financial) of an IT solution.
  • Solution Configuration: Ability to provide advice and develop a detailed design and customized configuration to support new business processes and procedures. Knowledge of one or more modules of SAP, SAP EWM certification.
  • Application Development Methodology: Ability to apply the standard TCCC application development methods covering the full development lifecycle (e.g., project preparation, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support) to ensure solution quality and consistency of process.
  • System design: Knowledge of system design procedures and the ability to translate functional business requirements into an application system or process to meet the clients’ needs that also meets all relevant company standards.
  • Functional Engagement and Deployment: Ability to engage with senior business management and translate technical information into business language. Work directly with business leaders on functional requirements, change management, testing, training and deployment planning for business solutions.

Skills:

  • SAP S4 Hana baseline configuration and certification on EWM, ITS, MFS, ASRS, AGV integration, TM, ERP integration, communication protocols API, IDOC, Telegram, SD & P2P Integration, Waterfall and Agile Methodologies; also experience troubleshooting technical issues with LDAP and other technical areas.

Education:

  • University/bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum: 5-7 years’ experience in IT warehousing solutions and program management
  • Preferred: 8 - 10 years’ experience in IT services, operations and handling projects.
  • Multiple End to End Implementations of ERP solutions with focus on logistics processes.
  • Fluent in English

Pay Range:

$159,300 - $184,700
