The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an Analyst to scrutinize, interpret, and document various aspects of the business, including processes, products, services, and technology innovations. This role encompasses preparing datasets, deriving actionable insights, and executing analytical models. The Analyst will play a pivotal role in aiding the product and marketing teams by facilitating informed decision-making through comprehensive data analysis. Moreover, this position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams spanning product development, technology, and subject matter expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects anchored in data-driven decision making.

What You’ll Do for Us:

The Analyst key responsibilities are:

• Analyzing Business Requirements: Engage with stakeholders through information-gathering sessions to understand functional and technical requirements, business processes, and information needs. By prioritizing these requirements, you'll develop a comprehensive understanding of the business objectives.

• Data Exploration and Analysis: Undertake data discovery, analysis, and modeling to identify opportunities for automation. Your goal will be to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

• Insight Generation from Raw Data: Dive into raw data to extract actionable insights that facilitate data-informed decision-making. Your analysis will spotlight areas for growth, as well as pinpoint existing challenges.

• Process Modeling: Create models based on business requirements to assess the adequacy of information and process components. You will ensure that these models facilitate the connection between business processes and product functionality, emphasizing reuse, integration, maintainability, and efficiency.

• Support for Data Teams: Assist data engineers, scientists, and analysts by providing support in data discovery and analysis. Your role will be vital in ensuring data is accessible and usable.

• Reporting and Dashboarding: Handle both repetitive and ad hoc reporting to aid various teams by delivering insights into consumer behavior. Utilize dashboards for ongoing reporting to make data more accessible and actionable.

• Presentation Creation: Develop presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Your objective will be to translate complex analytics into clear, comprehensible insights, thereby informing business and marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or Management is required, accompanied by at least two years of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in SQL is mandatory for this role. Familiarity with PowerBI and Python is advantageous but not essential.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed, complex analyses and provide actionable insights that contribute to the creation of business value. An acute attention to detail is essential.

• Proficiency in Agile/DevOps project methodologies is expected, indicating an ability to adapt to fast-paced, iterative development processes.

• Solid experience in the analysis, elicitation, modeling, and verification of both business and technical requirements.

• Prior experience in an app development or digital marketing analytics role is beneficial, though not a strict requirement.

• A proactive approach towards exploring new technologies with the aim of automating processes, enhancing value, and efficiently transitioning from data collection to insight generation.
