About the Encore program
- Overview: A paid, 12‑week internship designed for experienced talent who have taken a career break of 2 years or more (over a continuous period)
- Your role: You’ll be a contributor, not a trainee, from day 1—solving real problems, inventing solutions, and collaborating with TI teams.
- Support: Personalized mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities are built into the program.
- Outcome: High‑performing participants will be considered for full‑time employment at the end of the program.

- A career break of at least 2 years
- Intent to return to a full‑time role at TI after the program.
- No sponsorship required now or in the future (U.S. work‑authorization required).

The Product Operations Analyst is a highly analytical and strategically impactful role focused on driving business performance through data-driven decision making. In this role, you will translate inventory strategy into measurable revenue outcomes while optimizing operational efficiency across the business.
As an Operations Analyst, you will develop strong cross-functional expertise by collaborating with strategic business unit stakeholders, manufacturing partners, and sales leaders. This role requires critical thinking and proactive problem solving to deliver measurable business results while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and strong financial performance.
Key responsibilities and opportunities in this role include:
- Owning portfolio management responsibilities within high-growth markets, demonstrating strong business stewardship and accountability for performance.
