Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Partner with clinical teams, operational leaders, and subject matter experts to understand challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
• Prepare, validate, and transform data to ensure high-quality analyses and models.
• Apply statistical, machine learning, and AI techniques to solve healthcare and business problems.
• Develop, test, and optimize predictive models and analytical algorithms.
• Design and enhance model features to improve accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient care, hospital operations, and organizational outcomes through analytics.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations that communicate findings effectively.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Manage priorities, communicate project status, and proactively address risks and issues.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver innovative analytics and AI solutions.
Skills & Requirements
• Master’s degree in data science, mathematics, computer science, statistics, engineering, analytics, life sciences, economics, finance, business or a specific healthcare field (such as nursing, pharmacy, respiratory, etc.) required.
• 1 year experience in data science, data analytics, business analysis, data modeling, statistical analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning preferred.

The individual in this role delivers data analytics and support the development and implementation of advanced analytic tools to meet the needs of teams throughout the organization. Works with a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, and create analytical solutions through applications of data mining, machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), and emerging technologies. Collaborates with clinical, business, and information systems team members to ideate and create new analytic solutions impacting patient care and hospital operations. Partners with subject matter experts to understand the relationship between workflows and data and uses that data to create innovative solutions that support and advance targeted outcomes.
