Join Our Team as a Network Engineer! 

About the Role: We are revolutionizing our critical infrastructure operations at the Incident Operations Center (IOC) by enhancing monitoring and problem resolution. As our on-site Network Engineer, you will be the vital link between Network Engineering and the IOC, providing technical expertise, service documentation, and network design/automation. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of IT issues, including systems administration, security, and networking. 

The IOC services the campus 24/7/365 days on multiple shifts. You will begin on the first shift (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) shadowing Network Engineering and the IOC technicians gathering information about the processes and challenges. Eventually, this position will work on either the 2nd or 3rd shift.   

Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 commensurate with experience

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

• Two years of networking design experience 

• Must be able to multi-task and work in a collaborative team environment 

• Strong interpersonal skills 

• Preferred: Cross-disciplined IT skills, strong problem solving and client relations skills, and report writing 

• ITIL knowledge is a plus
