Basic understanding of JDE Ver A7.3
1. Technical Foundations in JDE.
a. JDE Naming Conventions
b. Programming Standards
c. Naming Conventions
d. File Structure
e. Data Dictionary
f. Dream Writer Processing
g. Showcase (for troubleshooting)
2. Understanding of the following Modules
a. Inventory
b. Product Data Management
c. Purchasing
d. Shop Floor Control
i. MRP
ii. Work Order
e. Accounting Modules (AP / AR)
3. Interfaces between Modules,
Shop Floor – Inventory – Finance – Purchasing
4. JDE WS Technical Development
a. Experience and skilled in RPG 400, RPG ILE, CL programming languages
b. Knowledge of DB2 relational database management system and JDE World tables
c. Ability to research and resolve data issues using SQL, DBU or DFU.
