About the Role

The Design Manager is responsible for leading both men’s and women’s design and development from concept through final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own entire design process from concept to final product, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategy.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform design decisions and material selections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product developers and graphic designers to ensure cohesive collection execution.
• Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of collections.
• Present design concepts & collection to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3-5 years of apparel design experience, including demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product development.
• Proven ability to design and manage both men’s and ladies’ development in woven and jersey.
• Creativity, good fashion & aesthetic sense with knowledge in fabric, materials, colors, fitting and finishing.
• Fashion graphic experience with good knowledge & skill of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator is a must.
• Ability to operate independently, manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.
