Senior Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) Project Manager

Senior Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) Project Manager
Location: Chicago, IL or Glendale Heights, IL or Remote
Salary: $102,190 - $130,350
This individual must have a strong technical background in EHP compliance and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) as well as a working knowledge of Federal Agency-specific NEPA guidance, such as Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) funding from the National Telecommunications Information Act (NTIA) and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) compliance via licensing. The candidate will be able to develop programmatic materials and provide leadership and guidance on projects; work with existing staff to develop compliance opportunities locally and regionally; and both grow and manage the practice area. They will serve as a point of contact and provide national support for regional and local EHP compliance endeavors, primarily the Illinois BEAD program. They will review deliverables for quality following company standards and policies; provide leadership in EHP compliance marketing efforts; maintain existing and develop new client relationships; prepare proposals, cost estimates, and reports; and train, mentor, and direct staff and project professionals within local offices.
