Geotechnical Project Manager
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Salary Range: $77,200.00 - $98,400.00
Lead impactful engineering projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will oversee facilities, materials, environmental, and geotechnical engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
You will serve as the driving force behind project success, managing scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and technical execution while proactively identifying and resolving challenges to keep projects moving forward. Working closely with clients, project teams, subcontractors, and vendors, you'll build strong relationships and ensure exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directing projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and financial performance goals are achieved.
- Monitoring project progress, anticipating risks, and implementing solutions to minimize delays and maintain momentum.
- Leading project teams by setting priorities, assigning work, and providing guidance to achieve key milestones and deliverables.
- Managing project schedules, budgets, forecasts, change orders, invoicing, and collections.
- Facilitating clear communication through client meetings, project updates, and status reports.
- Collaborating with internal partners, including the APR team, to ensure engagement at critical project phases and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
- Delivering high-quality work products that meet or exceed client expectations and contribute to long-term business success.
