En envia.com buscamos un AI Developer que nos ayude a construir y ejecutar soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial, trabajando de la mano con el Head of AI para desarrollar agentes de IA y automatizaciones que impacten directamente en nuestra plataforma interna.

¿Qué harás?

  • Desarrollar e implementar agentes de IA y automatizaciones

  • Ejecutar las estrategias definidas por el Head of AI

  • Trabajar con LLMs, RAG y herramientas de IA en proyectos reales

  • Integrar soluciones de IA con nuestras plataformas y bases de datos

  • Experimentar, probar y mejorar continuamente modelos y flujos de IA

Conocimientos

  • Lenguajes: Python, TypeScript (o similares)

  • Herramientas: LangChain u otros frameworks de IA

  • IA: LLMs, RAG (deseable), prompt engineering

  • Bases de datos: Redis, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Vector DB (plus)

Buscamos a alguien que:

  • Tenga 1–2 años de experiencia en desarrollo o IA

  • Tenga bases en programación y ganas de crecer en IA

  • Haya trabajado o experimentado con LLMs o automatizaciones
