Position Overview:

Tencent Cloud Enterprise is a comprehensive private cloud platform offering a wide range of cloud services. The Product Solution Architect in the Cloud Product Department possesses extensive technical expertise. They have a deep understanding of how cloud services function at the foundational level and collaborate with pre-sales and sales teams to design tailored solutions using Tencent Cloud Enterprise.

Solution Design:

• Communicate technical solution designs with customers.
• Collaborate with sales to discuss budgets and requirements, delivering tailored product configurations.
• Plan and design integrated cloud solutions, addressing industry pain points with competitive functionalities and technical features.
• Assist the presales/sales team in project follow-ups, identifying and mitigating product and service risks during the bidding process.

Channel Support:

• Provide cloud guidance and training for local channel development.
• Assist channel sales and presales teams with project follow-ups, delivering standard solutions.

Requirement Tracking:

• Act as a liaison between customers and product managers, aligning customer product requirements and features with the local market.
• Track features from inception to release, providing updates and feedback to customers to ensure timely delivery.

Who We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Over 3 years of experience as an IT architect or in pre-sales/consulting, with strong solution architecture and communication skills.
• Preferably over 3 years of experience as a software developer or in architecture R&D roles, particularly cloud-related.
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  • Cloud computing IaaS-related architecture and technical implementation, including virtualization, SDN network technology, distributed storage, load balancing, etc.
  • Database-related technologies.
  • IT infrastructure for large customers (e.g., multi-datacenter setups, active-active and disaster recovery solutions, global IT operations).
  • Experience in big data, middleware, security, etc., is a plus.
• Excellent documentation skills with the ability to clearly express architectural intentions and write various technical documents.
• Strong communication, execution, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to cooperate with ISVs/SIs and manage projects, with experience in partner development.
• Preference for candidates who have passed Tencent Cloud Certification or hold equivalent qualifications.
