Job Description

What the Role Entails

1. 作为运营侧对接窗口，联动区域、研发等多团队，主导跨部门沟通与协作，识别并推动解决协作风险与阻塞。
2. 负责需求全生命周期管理，完成需求收集、评估、优先级排序，跟进研发排期、验收上线与复盘闭环。

Who We Look For

1. 本科及以上学历，1 年以上游戏行业运营或项目管理经验，具备完整项目管理知识体系，熟练使用 TAPD / Jira / 飞书等协作工具。
2.熟悉游戏版本迭代节奏与研发-市场-发行三方协作链路。
3. 沟通与共情能力强：理解各团队目标与约束，推动共识而非单向下达。
4. 执行力强：结果导向，节奏感强，面对模糊需求能主动拆解、快速推进，抗压能力强。
