We support our clients in developing differentiated, stable, usable, and safe injectable treatments for patients.As an ICT Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure and supporting its users. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering Azure Active Directory to manage user identities and access within our cloud environment.
• Staging new laptops efficiently using Intune, ensuring they are ready for use with all necessary configurations.
• Providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd-level user support, addressing and resolving a wide range of technical issues for employees.
• Monitoring and maintaining our backup, restore, and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Demonstrating the know-how to implement and manage solutions like Veeam, Acronis, and Mount10 for robust data protection.
• Overseeing asset management for all IT equipment, tracking inventory and optimizing resource allocation.
• Actively working on and developing our ticketing system to streamline support requests and improve efficiency.
• Handling Unifi Network Administration, ensuring the stability and performance of our network infrastructure.
• Administering various Windows Server 20XX services, including DHCP, DNS, IIS, and SQL, to support critical business operations.
• Possessing the know-how to effectively use MS Dynamics for relevant business processes.
• Maintaining Intune for mobile devices, ensuring they are secure and properly configured.
• Having strong know-how in O365 applications, providing support and expertise across the suite.
• Performing network patch management to keep our network infrastructure secure and up-to-date.
• Managing the decommissioning and repairs of IT devices, ensuring proper disposal and functionality.
• Handling the IT aspects of employee on/offboarding, setting up and deactivating accounts and equipment as needed.
• Demonstrating the know-how to use Trackwise for relevant operational workflows.
• Supporting IT projects with a hands-on approach, contributing to successful implementations and upgrades. 

We are looking for someone with:

• Possess significant experience within a GMP Pharmaceutical Environment, including a strong understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes as they relate to IT systems.
• Demonstrate a self-managing working mindset, capable of prioritizing tasks and taking initiative without constant supervision.
• Exhibit transparent reporting skills, ensuring clear, concise, and honest communication of progress, issues, and outcomes to all stakeholders.
• Hold a relevant ICT Education, providing a strong foundational knowledge in information and communication technologies.
• Bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Support, showcasing a track record of resolving diverse technical challenges.
• Be proficient in providing On-Site Support, capable of physically troubleshooting and resolving issues at various company locations.
• Have specific experience working on Lab Devices, understanding the unique IT requirements and compliance needs of laboratory equipment.
• Be adept at writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT systems, ensuring clear documentation for consistent and compliant operations.
• Maintain a service-oriented and customer-oriented approach, consistently striving to meet user needs with professionalism and efficiency.
• Possess strong analytical abilities for thinking critically in complex environments to effectively solve problems.
• Exhibit good communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Demonstrate a zero-tolerance view on IT Security, prioritizing and enforcing robust security practices at all times.
• Be willing to work outside standard office hours when required, ensuring critical IT functions and incident response are maintained.
• Have the technical expertise to flash firmware of laptops, demonstrating a deeper hardware-level understanding and troubleshooting capability.
