Description

Our Electronics Engineering team is seeking a Junior Electronics Engineer in Vilnius, Lithuania to drive the development of our next-generation IoT and networking solutions. In this role, you will take ownership of hardware design cycles, collaborate on complex system architectures, and apply your expertise to scale our connectivity ecosystem 
 

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy. 

In this role, you will:

• Design electronic circuits. 
• Design PCBs for our devices. 
• Improve existing projects. 
• Research new technical solutions based on requirements. 
• Prepare manufacturing files. 
• Provide technical support and find the best solutions for customers. 

What we expect of you: 

• Bachelors’ degree in electronics field (might be last year student). 
• Experience with PCB CAD programs (Altium Designer preferred). 
• Knowledge of basic electronic components and parameters (e.g., capacitors, inductors, resistors, diodes, etc.). 
• Knowledge of basic electronic circuits (e.g., op amps, filters, etc.). 
• Experience with measuring equipment (e.g., Multimeter, osciloscope, etc.). 
• Experience with manufacturing documentation. 
• Good English language skills (both spoken and written). 
• Organized, results-oriented and challenge-driven personality.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 13 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~2170 Eur—3000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses. 

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
