Join a leading digital advertising team in Barcelona as an Italian Digital Advertising Consultant, helping businesses grow through Google Ads solutions. This role combines consultative sales, account management, and customer success, supporting both emerging companies and established local businesses in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Italian-speaking clients.
• Understand business goals and recommend tailored Google Ads strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, delivering high-quality sales and customer support.
• Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and persuasive communication.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI objectives.
• Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and market conditions.
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term business development.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.

Requirements

• Italian (C2) and advanced English (C1) communication skills.
• Minimum 14 months of sales experience with a proven ability to influence and close opportunities.
• Experience creating digital marketing strategies across different industries and business sizes.
• Bachelor's degree required; Marketing or Communications studies are a plus.
• Strong results-oriented mindset and experience working in KPI-driven environments.
• Client-facing experience with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new processes, feedback, and business priorities.

Italian Market Expertise

• Good understanding of Italian business culture and regional market dynamics.
• Knowledge of key Italian industries and commercial opportunities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with professionals in formal and informal business settings.
