Ce que vous ferez
Définir et mettre en place des procédés de fabrication MEMS robustes
Agir comme leader technique au sein d’équipes de projets multidisciplinaires
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes R&D, production et clients
Optimiser la manufacturabilité, la performance et le rendement des produits
Mettre en place des stratégies de contrôle de procédés et des plans d’échantillonnage
Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique et les spécifications de procédés
Identifier et gérer les risques de procédés
Suivre les performances des procédés et proposer des améliorations continues
Ce que vous apportez
Solides compétences en analyse, résolution de problèmes et communication (requis)
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à interagir avec des clients (requis)
Expérience en microfabrication, MEMS ou semi‑conducteurs (requis)
Diplôme universitaire en génie ou sciences appliquées (requis)
Expérience en environnement de production ou R&D (atout)
Bilinguisme français / anglais (atout)

What you’ll do
Define and implement MEMS manufacturing processes
Act as technical lead within multidisciplinary project teams
Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and customers
Improve product manufacturability, performance, and yield
Establish process control strategies and sampling plans
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and specifications
Identify and manage process risks
Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement
What you need
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills (required)
Ability to work in teams and interact with customers (required)
Experience in MEMS, microfabrication, or semiconductor processes (required)
University degree in engineering or applied sciences (required)
Experience in a manufacturing or R&D environment (advantage)
French and English proficiency (advantage)
