Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the Quality Assurance Analysts and Engineers.
- Lead status meetings with the development and management teams.
- Resolve issues and challenges associated with a project.
- Develop, publish, implement, and execute test plans.
- Wire and maintain test automation.
- Define and track quality assurance metrics, defect densities, and open defect counts.
- Document Test Approach and set-up initial test bed (Regression test Suite, Test Casts, Performance and Stress Testing support, etc..).
Skills and Experience Required:
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Heavy automation experience
- Content management experience
- Required user interface experience
- QA Lead Background, with client-facing communicaiton skills.
- Knowledge of IBM’s Rational testing suite
