We are currently seeking a Senior Commissioning & Start Up Manager, reporting directly to Head of Commissioning to join our Commissioning team based in Nanterre/La Défense.

About the mission we offer you:
• Manage execution of the scope of work (Home office and site) in respect of Project HSSE rules
• Develop and Manage PC&C&SU schedule, Budget and Risk registers.
• Build the manning and organization require to execute the scope of work (Home office and Site)
• Build the team: Identify and mobilize the commissioning and operations team.
• Safety: Define PTW system and ensure efficient control in place (including LOTO, BPO)
• Develop and manage write up, review and approval by Company for all PC&C&SU deliverables (Systemization drawings, PCOM method statements, COM and Start-up procedures, technical studies)
• Develop and ensure that PC&C&SU requirements are considered by engineering, Process, procurement and contract.
• Support and provide input to Contract, schedule and cost team with regards to PC&C&SU scope.
• Support and provide input to subcontracting team in order to prepare and execute subcontracted activities and assistance required on site.
• Execute the scope of work in respect of the planning and budget defined
• Prepares weekly and monthly progress reports of activities
• Prepare with construction team the close out report for PC&C section
• Regular feedback during site execution to operating center PC&C department

To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:
• Practical-minded with excellent organization/ leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Must have previous experience on Onshore Oil & Gas Industry or Power generation plant in a similar position and segment.
• Must have a recognized technical qualification for the Position.
• Have confirmed experience and knowledge to carry out efficiently and safely commissioning, start-up and interim operations activities.
• Mandatory English, French a nice-to-have.
