Senior Engineer - Java Full Stack

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java (8+) and Spring Boot, along with Angular for frontend development
• Build and deploy microservices-based architectures, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability
• Develop responsive and modular micro frontends using Angular and modern UI practices
• Work with PostgreSQL for database design, optimization, and query performance tuning
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows for efficient build, test, and deployment processes
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards (authentication, authorization, data protection)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA teams in an Agile setup
• Utilize tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance development productivity and maintain high-quality code standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and deployment guides
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development
• Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot framework
• Solid experience with Angular (latest versions preferred) for frontend development
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and relational database concepts
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.) and automation practices
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development
• Familiarity with micro frontend architecture and modular UI development
• Good understanding of application security, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and compliance standards
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues
• Good communication and teamwork skills
