  • Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Proficient in Agile / Safe methodologies (Scrum)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
    • Pivot Tables
    • Charts & Graphs
    • Conditional Formatting
    • Lookup Functions (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
    • Data Analysis
    • Dashboard Creation
  • Experience preparing executive dashboards, business reports, KPI scorecards, and governance reports.
  • Strong experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations and customer communication materials.
  • Experience supporting communication campaigns, stakeholder announcements, release communications, newsletters, and business updates.
  • Working knowledge of below tools
    • GitHub
    • Azure / Azure DevOps
    • Jira
  • Ability to present complex business and technical information in a clear and concise manner to executive and customer audiences.
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting stakeholder communications, meeting summaries, and executive updates.
