Product Owner

• • 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or equivalent role within data, analytics, finance transformation or technology programmes.
  • Strong experience working between business/finance stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
  • Good working knowledge of Corporate Finance and FP&A, including:

1. P&L
2. Budgeting
3. Forecasting
4. Estimates
5. Variance analysis
6. Allocations
7. Capitalization
   • Strong ability to define KPIs, business rules, data requirements and data mappings.
   • Experience creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for data/analytics solutions.
   • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
   • Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog and work-item management.
   • Experience identifying source systems, data owners, dependencies and data gaps.
   • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
   • Comfortable presenting and facilitating discussions with senior Finance, FP&A and Technology leaders.

• • Knowledge of the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework.
  • Experience with technology finance / IT finance reporting.
  • Experience with technology cost allocation and TBM tower/sub-tower mapping.
  • Experience working on Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or other data/analytics platforms.
  • Experience defining requirements for financial dashboards and management reporting.
  • Understanding of financial data structures such as GL, cost centre, natural account, organizational hierarchy and technology cost structures.
  • Experience working with Finance, FP&A, Technology and Data Engineering teams in a large enterprise environment.
