Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic DevOps/SRE Engineer with 0–2 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and infrastructure management. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on scalable systems, deployment automation, reliability engineering, and cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities
    • Assist in managing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for application deployments
    • Support cloud infrastructure setup and monitoring across environments
    • Work with development teams to automate deployment and operational processes
    • Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability
    • Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues
    • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis activities
    • Help maintain logs, dashboards, alerts, and monitoring tools
    • Support containerized deployments using Docker/Kubernetes
    • Contribute to infrastructure automation using scripting tools
    • Ensure system security, backup, and compliance best practices are followed
Required Skills
    • Basic understanding of DevOps and SRE concepts
    • Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems
  • Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
    • Understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
    • Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
    • Familiarity with version control systems like Git
    • Basic scripting knowledge in Shell, Python, or Bash
    • Understanding of monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch
    • Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Skills
    • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
    • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security concepts
    • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
    • Certification in AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus
    • Good Communication Skills
