Data Analyst

Location: Ahmedabad/Hyderabad

Department: Z-Michaels-COE

Experience: 3+

The Key responsibilities are:
· Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data technologies (Hive, Spark)
· 5+ years of industry experience, with experience in machine learning, data analysis, and business analysis
· Fluency in Python, R, SQL
· Experience in computer vision or natural language processing is a plus.
· Looker report as REQUIRED skill.
· Power BI is good to have.
· Experience in AB test experimentation.
· Working knowledge of Statistics
Other
· Ability to draw insights and present conclusions from data to inform model development and business decisions.
· Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Deep understanding of Machine Learning concepts and statistical methods
· Solid communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams.
· Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Mentor and lead other data scientist in the team.
Good to Have
. Experience with agentic AI and libraries like langchain/langgraph
. Experience working in ecom/retail domain
. Experience working with clickstream analysis
