• • Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor QA Engineers, SDETs, and Automation Testers.
  • Drive test planning, estimation, execution, and release sign-offs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and DevOps teams.

• • Own end-to-end testing for Android, iOS, and cross-platform apps.
  • Ensure functional, regression, usability, performance, and security testing coverage.
  • Validate applications across devices, OS versions, and screen sizes.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and sprint planning.

• • Design and maintain automation frameworks using Appium and related tools.
  • Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Improve automation coverage and execution reliability.
  • Drive shift-left testing and quality metrics.

• • Manage defect lifecycle and root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate with development teams to resolve critical issues.
  • Support release readiness and production validation.
  • Track quality KPIs and provide stakeholder reporting.

• • 9+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years in a Lead role.
  • Strong expertise in Mobile Application Testing (Android & iOS).
  • Hands-on experience with Appium, Playwright, TestNG or similar frameworks.
  • API testing using Postman and REST Assured.
  • CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Performance and security testing.
  • Experience in enterprise mobile applications.
