About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, marketing-minded Graphic Designer to join Team8’s Marketing team. This role combines digital and print design, the development and adaptation of marketing materials, and collaboration with a range of teams and partners, all while maintaining a consistent visual identity and a high standard of execution.

What You’ll Do

• Design digital marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, ads, and banners.
• Create branding and communications materials for events, both digital and print, such as landing pages, brochures, booklets, signage, and giveaways.
• Develop and update marketing collateral for Team8, its pods, and portfolio companies, including one-pagers and presentations.
• Turn marketing briefs into clear, effective visual solutions and apply the brand identity consistently across formats.
• Integrate AI tools into the design process to explore directions, develop concepts, create and refine visual assets, and streamline workflows—while reviewing outputs and ensuring they align with the brand and project needs.
• Design landing pages using existing templates or by creating wireframes and custom designs in Figma, depending on the project’s complexity.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, moving projects from brief through approval and production.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prepare organized files for handoff and production.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of relevant graphic design experience, with an emphasis on digital and print marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• A solid understanding of brand identity, typography, color, and visual hierarchy, with the ability to maintain consistency across materials and channels.
• The ability to turn a marketing brief into a clear, creative design solution tailored to its audience and objectives.
• Experience with-or a willingness to work with-AI tools in the design process, along with the ability to critically evaluate, refine, and polish the results.
• Strong attention to detail, openness to feedback, and the ability to work effectively with changing deadlines.
• The ability to collaborate with a variety of teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing landing pages, creating wireframes, or working with development teams.
• Familiarity with print-ready file preparation and production workflows with vendors.
• Experience creating short animations or video for marketing content
