About the role:

The Solution Architect provides technical expertise and sales support for Autodesk AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) solutions across the Western Balkans region (Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro).

This role combines scalable technical enablement for partners with direct customer engagement for complex or high-value AEC opportunities. The Solution Architect ensures consistent technical quality across partner-led deals while actively contributing to sales outcomes for larger customers. Deep expertise in AEC Collection, Revit, and Forma is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helps define appropriate technology solutions to meet customer needs by engaging with end users and resellers

• Conduct customer site visits for architecture firms, engineering companies, and construction organizations

• Deliver demonstrations focused on AEC Collection, Revit, and Forma solutions

• Develop and manage customer relationships with appropriate contacts.

• Co-own and project manage the technical elements of sales opportunities to successful closure

• Deliver sales and technical enablement training internally to TD SYNNEX sales teams or externally to the reseller base

• Respond to queries or customer care issues in a timely manner

• Communicate product and technology information to the relevant audience

• Maintain technical accreditation and develop wider industry knowledge to a highly competent level

What we are looking for:

• Deep technical knowledge of Autodesk AEC Collection, Revit, and Forma

• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, processes, and standards

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, priority management and planning skills.

• IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition and End User

• Existing wide knowledge of product and technology portfolios as relevant to the business unit

• Fluent Serbian and English
