About the role
We are looking for a switched‑on Data Analyst to manage and evolve our reporting pipelines, analytics and automation workflows across European digital transformation unit supporting sales and marketing programs.
This role goes beyond traditional reporting. It combines designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines ensuring high‑quality, standardized and scalable reporting for the business.
This role has a strong focus on reporting ownership, automation and data quality, while working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure data is translated into reliable insight and effective decision‑making.

Key responsibilities
Reporting and Analytics foundations
- End‑to‑end ownership of reporting frameworks and data pipelines
- Enabling consistent, decision‑ready reporting across the European business through automated reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
- Ensure a high level of data quality, consistency and reliability across all reports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting infrastructure and metrics definitions.
Automation and process improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and optimize analytics and data processes.
- Design, execute and continuously improve scalable and automated reporting and analytics solutions.
- Define and document data pipelines, dependencies and sources.
- Coordinate with IT and Data Platform teams on the implementation of automation and enhancements.
- Support sustainable and well‑governed processes rather than ad‑hoc solutions.
Business Partnership & Enablement
- Work closely with business stakeholders translate business objectives into clear analytical requirements and reporting specifications.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by providing trusted data and analytics foundations.
Reporting & Analysis
- Support insight generation related to customer behavior and business performance, in collaboration with advanced analytics or specialist teams where relevant.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of dashboards and reporting
- Perform structured and ad‑hoc analysis to support business questions and priorities.
AI-Enhanced Analytics
- Explore opportunities to leverage Generative AI to, automate reporting narratives and insights generation, improve data, accelerate development of data pipelines.
Experience, skills & profile
Required experience
- Proven experience in a Business Data Analyst, BI Analyst or Analytics role.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Analysts to build infrastructure.
- ELT mindset and familiar with dbt concepts.
- Comfortable with Python for data processing, scripting and automation.
- Experience working with Cloud Data Warehouse (ideally Snowflake)
- Advanced SQL skills (Data modeling basics, complex joins and transformations, query optimization)
- Hands‑on experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI and DAX.
Personal attributes
- Comfortable owning analytics deliverables end‑to‑end.
- Able to drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, cross‑functional environment as a team player
- Professional written and spoken English is required.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit required.
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote per week.
