Tatari has recently created the Business Solutions division which will be responsible for improving operational efficiency among other goals.  This Project Manager role within Business Solutions is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing projects to ensure timely completion and successful delivery of services. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment and be able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including software engineers, data scientists, client services, sales, and media buying teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex technical projects from the planning phase through execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
  • Ensure projects are on track to meet deadlines, scope, and budget.
  • Ensure communication plans are developed and adhered to and be the keeper of the RACI matrix
  • Work closely with software engineering, product management, design, and other cross-functional teams to support project goals and deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Provide regular status updates and assist in conducting reviews to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track success.
  • Support the enhancement of operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and agility within the program management function.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence and accountability within the team.
  • Apply your technical knowledge to support project teams through challenges and decision-making processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as computer science
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management principles, practices, and documentation with an emphasis on software development
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, long-term, and cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
  • Knowledge about the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in order to understand team assignments and development dependencies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones both US and Europe 
  • Familiarity with project management tools, including Jira Advanced Roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the TV & streaming media buying or advertising technology industry..
  • Knowledge of attribution models, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) metrics.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with product development by smaller teams in a startup environment, but with big-company procedures
