Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

  • Responsible for proving technical support for VOIP & PSTN network.
  • Ensuring NW fault and customer complaint resolution. 
  • Backup of Voice Core Nodes CDRs
  • Backup of Voice Core Node DB
  • POI Augmentation
  • Fault Rectification Hardware
  • POI Outages Handing
  • Patch upgrades
  • R & R activities
  • New product /Equipment testing
  • ACT Portal CR management
  • New POI commissioning
  • PRI / SIP migrations
  • Internal RA Audit compliance
  • Complaint Handling
  • Support to Service account Manager
  • BSNL/MTNL payments
  • ITTN POI co-ordination
  • Special projects 
  • PV audit/ AMS portal update
  • PM activities
  • Support to Infra/TX team
  • DOT Audits
  • Internal/External Audits of TTSL

 Strong understanding of project management, customer service, and technical knowledge voice core network elements, including NGN, IMS MGW, IMS, SBC, IN, STP & SMSC  Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.  Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, Tektronix)..  Experience with VoIP, SIP Trunking, and other IP-based communication systems.
