Key Deliverables:

A SKILLED candidate should demonstrate hands-on experience in:

• Requirements analysis and solution design
• configuration, customization, and development
• Workflow and automation implementation
• Agile-based delivery and sprint execution
• Testing, deployment, and platform upgrade support
• Incident resolution and technical troubleshooting
• Stakeholder collaboration and impact assessment
• Technical documentation and delivery ownership

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands on development or solution architecture experience
• Minimum 2+ years of implementation, configuration, customization, or development experience.
• Demonstrated experience in at least one or more product lines: ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM
• Proven experience delivering solutions in a project or production environment.
• Has hands-on configuration, scripting, module exposure, project delivery participation, testing, and ability to execute build tasks with guidance.
