As an Engineer – US on the Hi Tech U.S. team, you serve as a technical support specialist to Target users: providing one-on-one in-person/virtual/digital support and education for hardware and software.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users daily - rapid resolution of hardware, software, and environmental issues
- Educate users on existing and emerging technologies utilized by Target
- Provide preventative maintenance to ensure hardware and software stability
- Coordinate and collaborate with partner support teams to drive issue resolution
- Adhere to and advocate for Target’s Information Security Policies & best practices
- Drive continuous improvement of team processes & best pactices
About You
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years relevant technical support experience
- Demonstratable knowledge of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Jamf Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, ServiceNow, and AirWatch
- Continuously build upon domain-specific knowledge via formal training and self-directed education
- Demonstratable troubleshooting abilities (established and effective troubleshooting routines)
- Ability to work successfully while multi-tasking (to include speaking, typing, and navigating in and out of multiple platforms)
- Strong self-motivation and flexibility; willingness to accept additional responsibilities as they develop
- Strong support-minded focus
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with end users: understand their needs and translate into technology solutions
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Able to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, fast learner, self-starter, and highly passionate and motivated individual
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Positive attitude
- Proficient knowledge of ITSM and ITIL practices
- Proficient knowledge of Agile methodologies
