Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to Develop and scale our modern data platform.
This role will be responsible for end-to-end ELT pipelines, transforming raw, sensitive banking and HR data into actionable insights.
This role requires a specialist who can navigate the complexities of highly regulated data environments, while leveraging the full power of Fivetran and Snowflake.
Design and scale automated ELT pipelines using Fivetran for seamless data ingestion.
Develop high-performance Snowflake data models optimized for banking and HR analytics.
Implement RBAC, masking, and row-level security to protect sensitive PII and financial data.
Optimize Snowflake compute through warehouse right sizing and advanced query tuning.
Develop automated data quality tests to ensure compliance and accuracy in regulated environments.
Partner with HR and Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical schemas.
Lead code reviews and mentor the team on engineering best practices and data governance.
