Job Summary

We are looking for a System Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day IT
infrastructure operations, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, IT asset
management, and user support. The candidate should have hands-on experience with O365
administration, ManageEngine Desktop Central, IT ticketing systems, and Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 (O365) including user provisioning, mailbox
management, and license administration.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle including asset tracking, allocation, maintenance, and
documentation.
• Administer endpoint devices using ManageEngine Desktop Central including patch
management and software deployment.
• Handle IT service requests and incidents via IT ticket management systems ensuring timely
resolution.
• Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and enterprise applications.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, and access permissions.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and corporate applications.
• Maintain IT documentation and system configurations.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty, and IT support services.
