Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Architect to design and drive scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Java-based applications
Define system architecture, technical solutions, and integration strategies
Lead and mentor development teams across multiple projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices
Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability improvements
Review code, conduct architecture discussions, and provide technical leadership
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications

9–12 years of experience in Java development and architecture
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
Experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems
Solid understanding of design patterns, OOP principles, and system design
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Good to Have

Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Exposure to frontend technologies (React/Angular)
Experience in data engineering or AI/ML-based systems
Prior experience working with global clients

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to lead teams and drive technical decisions
