Required Qualifications & Mandatory Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Software Development, System Design, Impact at Scale
- 2+ years of Technical Lead/Principle Engineer experience in Java Micro-services based projects
- Deep Understanding and Hands-On of Java (latest versions), SpringBoot, Spring Reactive, Kafka, Micro services, Postgres, Redis, Architectural Design Patterns, Event-driven Systems, REST APIs, Reactive Programming, AWS Services.
- Moderate Understanding and Hands-On of Apache Flink, DynamoDb, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, API Gateway (Kong), Application Security.
- Must have lead teams of 10+ developers both technically and operationally and delivered impactful products - high throughput, highly available, distributed systems.
- Must be willing to pick up development tasks and code actively contributing to the product ground-up.
- Must be actively evolving, researching and coming up with enhanced solutions to make the product better with everyday.
- Must be willing to groom young engineers by helping them, challenging them, problem-solving with them, this isn't a IC role.
Good to have Skills:
- Should be aware of MQTT, gRPC, IoT Frameworks, SDVs, Automotive Software, CAN Protocol, CI/CD pipelines.
- Good to Have - Python, Golang, Couchbase
