The Senior Front End Developer will collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Growth, Web Design, Data, and the rest of the growth team to develop prospect facing assets, landing pages, and internal tools. Additionally, this role will serve as a technical SME on the growth team to ensure best practices are followed/implemented within our systems. This role must have a strong technical foundation, be able to work autonomously and be able to communicate clearly with non-technical members of the Growth/Marketing Org.

How you will make an impact:

    • Implementing/maintaining custom code in our Webflow instance (ie. Page Speed Enhancements, Applying Custom Code for Form Enrichment, etc.)
    • Building/Templatizing high performing landing pages in Webflow for paid advertising
    • Responsible for any technical system implementations (ie. real time form enrichment, API connections, etc.)
    • Building/maintaining any custom built lead magnets (ie. ROI Calculator, potentially other tools used in the Sales Process)
    • Working closely with Growth Team/Web Designer on updates to the website/landing pages and CRO (pixels, tracking, A/B test implementation, page speed optimizations, mobile website optimizations)
    • Acting as a liaison and translator between marketing teams and engineering teams and being the SME on the marketing team for anything technical
    • Working with Marketing Operations to ensure our systems are configured properly and connected to adjacent systems when necessary
    • Building and implementing automated ad optimization scripts/processes (Google Ads Scripts, Facebook Ads Scripts)

What skills you need to bring:

    • 4+ years of professional front-end development experience
    • CMS experience with tools such as WordPress, WebFlow, etc.
    • Hands-on development experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
    • Bonus experience with React.js
    • Experience owning development for brand websites and landing pages.
    • B2B & SaaS experience
    • Knowledge of APIs

Bonus:

    • Proficient in Web Development and familiar with Webflow and/or other Content Management Solutions
    • Familiarity with marketing technology solutions (Hubspot, Salesforce, Chili Piper)
    • Ability to innovate and identify new opportunities for testing and/or expansion
    • Someone who enjoys testing new things and has a passion for driving and scaling results through high-impact demand generation programs.
    • Passionate self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
    • Adaptable and able to flex with changes in prioritization to meet new or changed goals
    • Strong organizational skills; ability to implement and adhere to and meet deadlines, and project-manage multiple initiatives
