Our team is engaged in designing and delivering Digital Technology Services and Platforms for all CHC worldwide. We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting highly regulated environments (GxP, SoX and other regional and local regulations). 

Our team operates in an international context, serving all markets in most of the countries around the world. 

Main responsibilities  

This position will be part of the develop integration factory and API solution centre to deliver best in class integration solutions for Sanofi CHC Business. 

As Integration Experts your mission will be to contribute with interfaces & data integration designs in support of key CHC programs. This team will be core to our delivery backbone, and you will be key to its success. 

• Manage and ensure delivery of the interfaces roadmap for the integration of the core digital solutions in the CHC Digital Landscape 

• Interface with development teams to gather requirements and build a technical roadmap for the product. 

• Ensure software quality by implementing a test-driven approach. 

• Ensure necessary documentation is written and kept up to date (and that all developers in the team contribute to this). 

• Run according to our Cloud strategy and apply DevOps, Security and Compliance standards. 

• Maintain integration technology consistency and adherence to the overall roadmap across CHC Digital initiatives 

About you 

Experience & knowledge  

• Cloud software development in a DevOps environment 

• DevOps automation standards: To develop, establish, and promote DevOps standards and culture with integration in Product Delivery suites like Jira and Confluence.  

• Agile software development experience. 

Technologies and techniques 

• Strong software development skills – ideally in TypeScript and Java 

• GraphQL, RESTful API standard or other API standards like SOAP, webservices API technologies. 

• Excellent knowledge related to integration frameworks, use cases, integration design patterns and data engineering best practices. 

• Experience with ETL solutions like TIBCO, Informatica or SAP PI/PO. 

• Strong DevOps knowledge and CI/CD with infrastructure as a code and Git version control 

• Infrastructure knowledge from at least one major cloud provider (preferrable AWS) 

Required Leadership Competencies 

• Judgement - The ability to draw logical conclusions based on acquired information and analytical rigor in problem-solving, the ability to make effective decisions even when information is ambiguous or incomplete. 

• Strong ability to communicate, explain & educate beyond the technologies  

• Proven successes working with project teams in industry (manufacturing, science, commercial, …)
