In this position, as Hub Project Manager, the candidate will proactively support the roll-out of real estate and workplace experience, CPI (Continuous Process Improvement) mindset & values, organizational culture initiatives, employee engagement and project portfolio management in Hyderabad, India.

The candidate will proactively support the global roll-out of the following:

 Hub Set up & Organizational Culture Initiatives

  • To drive hub engagement activities and assist with building a foundation for digital and external ecosystems, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities and visual identity management of GBS; in sync with the Hub Head.
  • To lead initiatives related to the Hub and ensuring a great Workplace experience for employees within the available office real estate.

Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) mindset & values

  • To support the Process Excellence & Lean Manager and ensure that the strategic values of CPI are acknowledged, educated, and applied in the organization. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to proactively support the shaping of a mid-term LEAN global strategy.
  • Collect feedback from the floor to continuously improve global processes & projects.

Employee Branding and Engagement

  •  To drive execution and feedback for organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives based on global rollout aligned with GBS Culture and Engagement with special focus on the region they are present in.
  • The candidate will have the opportunity to support the building blocks of "GBS DNA" and "Stakeholder Engagement" programmes.

Project Portfolio Management for the Hub

  • To support strategic project and program management through effective communication and engagement of employees on global topics.
  • Workshops facilitation/project management on important critical projects
  • Support from scoping till actual workshop and follow-up of the measured outcomes
  • Project Portfolio Management (PPM) process & governance (idea generation, project pipeline enhancement etc.)
  • GBS Strategy (Balanced Score Card) top-down communication through various forums/formats
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders
  • Promoting existing tools, programmes (example: Query management strategy and chatbot etc)

Roll-out of Global projects in the Hubs & Team Connect Activities

  • Some examples:
  • GBS Welcome Setup (Onboarding) for new joiners
  • Stakeholder Engagement Program, GBS Townhall, Team Building activities, Various Surveys
  • University Internship Program
  • Wellness activities, CSR activities like Purpose Day, etc.  

Support the capability building programs:

  • Participate in content preparation.
  • Support of sessions and certifications organization
  • Ensuring Training is well received by Hub Teams
  • Support in communicating success stories and promote team achievements.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business / Innovation/ Marketing / Communications/ Design or other

  • Good project management skills, transversal project knowledge, LEAN knowledge

Skills & Competencies / Language Skills

Essential

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • High level of interpersonal/communication skills with an ability to communicate and present on various levels in the organization.
  • Fair level of command in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of project tracking and remote collaborative tools
  • Appetite to explore new methodologies, technologies, and ways of working.
  • Positive, open-minded, customer centric and problem-solving attitude
  • Open to challenging status quo and developing improvement programmes

Desirable

  • Effective business partnering and customer relations management.
  • Experience in project & change management, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Knowledge of remote collaborative tools (MIRO, Klaxxon, MS whiteboard)
  • Knowledge of project tracking tools like Smartsheet, SNOW-Module
  • Experience in workshops facilitation on transversal topics with international and multicultural teams (remotely or on-site)
  • Experience in Finance processes / financial services industry
  • Skills to influence and drive complex situations, projects towards the desired outcome.
