TeamBit is looking for a Product Owner who will take ownership of identifying which existing solutions can become scalable products, bringing them to market, and discovering new product opportunities for the Atlassian Marketplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with customers to uncover real problems, validate demand and understand which solutions they are willing to pay for.

• Identify opportunities to turn existing TeamBit solutions and new ideas into scalable, commercially viable products within the Atlassian ecosystem and Marketplace.

• Take ownership of the full product lifecycle — from identifying customer needs and business opportunities to product launch, sales and continuous growth.

• Define product priorities, positioning and pricing based on customer value and business potential.

• Translate customer needs and product ideas into clear priorities for the development team and work closely with developers throughout the product lifecycle.

• Drive products to market and actively contribute to go-to-market activities and sales.

• Use customer feedback, sales results and market insights to continuously improve products and identify the next growth opportunities.

WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:

• A strong customer and sales mindset — you enjoy talking to clients, uncovering their needs, spotting commercial opportunities and turning product value into something customers are willing to buy.

• 2+ years of experience in building B2B SaaS or marketplace products.

• Strong understanding of product development principles and the full product lifecycle. You know the difference between delivering a project and building a product.

• Ability to understand the problem behind a customer’s request rather than simply turning requests into features.

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on customer insights, data and business potential.

• Confidence in prioritising and making decisions when information is incomplete.

• Ability to communicate equally well with customers and technical teams.

• A strong sense of ownership — you take initiative and do not wait for someone else to define the roadmap, process or next step.

• Speed and flexibility without chaos — you are comfortable moving fast while keeping priorities and outcomes clear.

• Curiosity and willingness to quickly get deep into the Atlassian ecosystem, our customers and their businesses.

• Clear and consistent communication, with the ability to challenge assumptions, including your own.

• Professional working proficiency in English.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience in a startup, scale-up or another environment where things move fast and not everything comes with a predefined process.

• Previous experience with Atlassian products, Marketplace apps or the wider Atlassian ecosystem.

• Experience taking a product from customer discovery to launch and commercialisation.

• Experience with product pricing, positioning or go-to-market.

• Technical understanding that helps you have meaningful conversations with developers without trying to be one yourself.

• A track record of turning recurring customer problems or custom solutions into repeatable, scalable products.

SALARY RANGE:

EUR 3300–4600 gross, depending on your experience and competencies, plus performance-based bonuses, which will be discussed individually.
