QAQC Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance and quality control processes for electrical system installations, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standard
• Oversee inspections and ensure all electrical systems meet stringent quality requirements throughout the project lifecycles
• Ensure proper documentation of QAQC activities, maintaining detailed records of inspections, tests, and non-conformances for future reference and audits.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in electrical system installations, offering recommendations to enhance quality and performance.
• Work closely with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration of QAQC processes into project timelines
• Facilitate and lead client walkdowns, ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards, resolving any snags or issues identified.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in QAQC roles, with a focus on electrical systems and large-scale construction projects.
• Deep understanding of QAQC processes and procedures related to electrical installations, with a strong emphasis on compliance and performance monitoring.
• Relevant electrical engineering qualifications (degree or trade certification)
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and interact effectively with clients and contractors.
