Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of compelling visual content that supports the company’s branding, marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital presence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, exceptional design skills, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual communications across both digital and print platforms. Experience within the FMCG industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Brand Development

* Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with brand guidelines.

* Design marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, packaging, presentations, and promotional materials.

* Create engaging visual content for digital platforms, social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.

* Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication channels.

Campaign & Marketing Support

* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns and product launches.

* Design visuals that support business objectives and increase audience engagement.

* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives.

* Support trade marketing activities and promotional campaigns.

Packaging & Product Design

* Design and develop product packaging and labeling materials.

* Ensure compliance with branding standards and regulatory requirements.

* Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure design accuracy and print quality.

Motion Graphics & Multimedia

* Create basic motion graphics and animated content for digital campaigns.

* Support video production projects with graphic assets and visual elements.

* Collaborate with video editors and content creators to deliver engaging multimedia content.

Team Collaboration & Project Management

* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

* Review and maintain quality standards across all creative deliverables.

* Mentor and support junior designers when required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

* Minimum 4–6 years of experience in graphic design.

* Experience within the FMCG industry is preferred.

* Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, and marketing design projects.

* Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
