About the Role

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing and executing creative design concepts across various platforms. This position requires a strong background in branding, packaging, and digital content creation. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to deliver visually powerful campaigns that align with Magnetic’s creative direction and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop brand identities and produce comprehensive brand guideline documents.
• Design visually appealing packaging concepts that reflect the brand’s essence and positioning.
• Develop engaging digital and social media visuals that drive audience interaction and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver unified and effective creative campaigns.
• Ensure design consistency and quality across all materials and channels.
• Research current design trends and continuously introduce fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proven experience in branding, packaging design, and social media visuals.
• Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory.
• A solid portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and commercial projects.
