Job Title: Junior Software QA Engineer – Quality Assurance Department

Talent 360 is hiring a Junior Software QA Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time job opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced business environment.

About the Role

As a Junior Software QA Engineer at Talent 360, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, usability, and performance through manual testing and participation in quality assurance activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in software testing and the ability to work closely with developers, business analysts, and senior QA engineers to ensure smooth workflow, accurate follow-up, and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements to ensure clarity and testability.
• Design and execute test cases for functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing.
• Identify and track defects, verifying fixes and performing regression testing.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain test documentation and follow QA standards.
• Support continuous improvement in QA processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of QA experience (entry-level candidates with strong skills will be considered).
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
