About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Art Director with a strong Applied Arts background to lead the creative team and drive the visual direction of campaigns, branding projects, and digital content. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a portfolio that reflects creativity, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the creative team, providing direction and mentorship.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, branding, and digital communication.
• Oversee the entire creative process from ideation to final execution.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client presentations.
• Supervise production processes, photoshoots, and project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new creative technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in art direction or creative leadership.
• Proven experience leading creative teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing concept development and high-quality design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
